With over a decade of expertise in financial management, Musa Fadera is dedicated to ensuring the financial health and integrity of ChildFund’s programs across West Africa. Holding a BSc in Economics and Finance, Musa joined ChildFund in September 2022 as Finance Officer for Partnerships and Grants. His commitment and expertise led to his appointment as Senior Finance Specialist for the West Africa Cluster (GFAST), where he oversees key functions such as proposal development, grant management, partner finance engagement, strategic financial planning, and regulatory reporting.

Before joining ChildFund, Musa spent more than eight years working in the banking sector, gaining invaluable experience in various roles that strengthened his proficiency in financial analysis, accounting, compliance, risk management, and auditing. His deep understanding of both the financial landscape and the unique needs of ChildFund’s programs enables him to deliver strategic insights that support the organization’s mission across West Africa.
